This Fly Fishing Survival Lanyard has approximately 18 feet of the primary color (neck color) and two, 5 foot sections of the accent color. Each lanyard includes a safety clasp so you don't get hung up on snags yourself, 5 #3 swivels along with a removable tippet holder and a black, clip-on retractor which can be place anywhere you like on the lanyard. I use a flat cobra braid for the neck portion of the lanyard so that it lays comfortably on either a bare neck or with thicker clothing. The remainder of the lanyard is made using a round 4 cord braid which allows you to adjust the tippet holder up or down as you prefer and also allows you to add additional gear, such as retractors, to your lanyard. I also include a removable clip on the bottom swivel which allows you to clip the lanyard to your shirt or waders to limit swinging. Despite all of these features this lanyard is very light and easy to wear. This is my unique, one of a kind design I created after looking for a lanyard that didn't look like every other bead and string fishing lanyard I have seen.
